The vision was to break the habits of thinking that characterizes the contemporary jazz scene and instead focus primarily on content rather than packaging, presenting projects and programmes that are created exclusively for the venue and therefore cannot be heard anywhere else in the world. Last but not least to find and develop new and exceptional young talent, challenge them and help them go beyond their own limits – with respect of course, for the timeless values that make jazz become jazz. This series introduces jazz music on a very high level with some of the best musicians in the world.
