The cold and the hunger eventually become unbearable to Miga’s sister, who runs away from home.Miga misses his sister so much, that he one night sneaks onto a train heading for the capital Ulan Batoor.

Here, he experiences the big city and the world of the street children for the first time in his life. The street children help him search for his sister, but they are constantly pursued by the police. Miga spends the first night in the company of his new friends, sleeping underground in the city’s sewers and hot air ducts. Outside await only the bitter cold, the police and the never-ending streets. But where is his sister?
