Accessories, make-up, high heels and tight-fitting, feminine skirts – maybe usual for many women, but not quite so usual for 14-year-old boys.
Nonetheless, the Brazilian-born Hairon, who lives with his mother and his stepfather in a small Danish country village, dresses up every day in women’s clothes, which naturally provokes many prejudiced reactions. When his mother takes Hairon to Brazil to meet his biological father, the father reacts violently to Hairon’s femininity.
The two males go through quite a dogfight, until Hairon’s father admits that he himself is gay and has been working for years as a drag artist.
